I was nervous about the color (Mango) but am absolutely crazy about it. I never thought I would find a bag I love more than my Portland Leather small bucket bag in pebble Coffee brew but this is a contender! Its nice to have some color to change it up and the dimensions are on point. Large enough to fit all the essentials and small enough to be a stylish crossover. Great Structure and bonus points for the snap closure! I'm so happy I treated myself with this one.

xtremely disappointed with this company’s customer service and quality control. I paid full price for a bag that was clearly misgraded, and instead of taking responsibility and making things right, they made the entire situation my problem to fix. First, I had to deal with receiving a replacement that still was not up to standard. Then they expected me to handle returns for their mistake, including printing labels that I do not have the ability to print, packaging everything, and going out of my way to ship items back. When I explained this, the solution was simply to resend the same printable label, not actually help. At no point did they make the process convenient or take accountability for the inconvenience they caused. The messaging is basically that this is normal, and if you do not like it, deal with the return yourself. For a premium priced product, the service should match. It does not. Poor grading, poor resolution, and zero regard for customer convenience. I will not be purchasing again.

I already own two wonderful Portland Leather bags and several small goods items, but decided I had to find out what all the hype was with the mini crossbody bags. I now know! I love my Deep Water Mini CB! First the color is gorgeous, the brushed leather feels soft and looks so classy and the outside pocket and small organizer keeps everything so easy to find. I even have room for a full size zip around wallet in Greench behind the organizer.

The purse is good. When I first opened it, the purse had what I identified as ‘flaws’ (quite a few discoloration’s in the leather) I applied a leather conditioner and the ‘flaws’ went away Maybe this is to be expected with full grain leather…. I did receive a free purse insert

I don’t know why it took me so long to purchase the mini and in coldbrew. I didn’t think I would like this style or the color. But as I kept seeing posts in the FB insider group I decided to go for it and the bonus free canvas insert was a plus. This purse is roomy, soft, and not to mention smells wonderful. I got the zipper instead of snap closure. The strap is removable as well. The canvas insert is great to put your things in and take out easily if you want to switch purses. I clip my keys in the inside ring that the strap attaches to also. Adjustable strap is nice as well. It isn’t super bulky and I wear it as a crossbody. Love it!

This is my absolute favorite little crossbody. It is so cute and slim and fun! I was between this bag and the Lola, and for me this bag is the winner. I love the look of the Lola, but there’s something about the casual mini tote. Give this bag a try and you won’t be disappointed! If it’s too small go for the medium or even the full-size! It’s not nearly as bulky as you’d expect
