First time purchasing from this website. Order July's pre order and I understand took forever to get my order shipped. I had to email the company to get updates was told it would ship and arrive around mid August to which it did not occur. My order ended up arriving till mid September. I understand delays may occur but this took way to long, especially if its a gift which was this case I would not order. Only way of communication was via email which is an inconvenience.
