If you're having a Pizza Party, there better be some Mike's Hot Honey involved! • Dough -2 ⅓ cups bread flour (or all-purpose flour) -½ tsp instant yeast -½ tsp salt -1 cup water -Olive oil (for drizzling -Sauce -1 small can of tomato paste -1 small can crushed tomatoes -1 tsp garlic powder -1 tsp oregano -½ tsp red pepper flakes -Olive oil, salt to taste 1–2 tbsp Mike’s Hot Honey Toppings (whatever you like) -Mike’s Hot Honey for drizzling -Low-moisture mozzarella (spread edge to edge) -Pepperoni (I used turkey pepperoni) -Jalapeños -Burrata -Bell peppers -Fresh basil & grated parmesan (after baking) Method 1. Make the Dough: In a big bowl, mix all the dough ingredients, which are the flour, yeast, salt, and water, until a sticky dough forms. It might take a bit, but trust the process, and add more flour if needed. Drizzle lightly with olive oil, cover, and let rest for about 2 hours. You can also put it in the fridge after those 2 hours to let it ferment and be extra tasty. 2. Second Rise: If you fermented your dough in the fridge, the next day, about 3 hours before baking, let it come up to room temperature. Once the dough is room temperature, transfer it to a greased 8x10 pan, stretch to fit the corners, cover, and let rise until puffy. Around 30minutes to an hour 3. Prepare the Sauce: While the dough is rising in the pan, let's make the sauce. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add tomato paste and cook for 1–2 minutes until slightly darkened. Stir in crushed tomatoes, garlic powder, oregano, red pepper flakes, and salt. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until thickened, then stir in Mike’s Hot Honey for a sweet, spicy finish. 4. Assemble the Pizza: Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Spread mozzarella from edge to edge to create caramelized crispy sides, which is the best part Add your chosen toppings. Spoon lines of the hot honey tomato sauce over the cheese and toppings. 5. Bake: Place the pan on the lower rack and bake for about 20 minutes, until the edges are golden and bubbly. 6.
