There is no quality control! I bought via PopMart’s TikTok live where I was told it would come from California in 3 business days, both lies! It took weeks and was from China. I have both Donald and now Daisy and she looks awful! There is a big hardened crooked lump between her eyes. She arrived w/ hair &dirt right out of the sealed packaging! The stiching shows in places it shouldn’t. I watched hours on the live only to receive what looks like a used, defective, & returned item that was resealed & resold! And they only offer to do a return, no exchanges! Dishonest cheat of a business!😡😤
