It’s very safe to use because it’s got the cut outs for the eyes to nose and a little circle for the mouth so it is very breathable. I would only suggest wearing it if it’s cool temperatures because hot weather you will sweat a lot. I would also suggest that you let it air out when you first get it because it’s got a heavy spray paint smell to it. That’ll make you dizzy if you inhale it so when you first get it, let it air out for a little bit.
