So I have been reading other people's reviews and apparently nobody does research before taking products because if they had they would know when taking methylene blue is going to make your pee bluish green if it doesn't you're not getting methylene blue. Also these are strips you can avoid your mouth turning blue you can avoid the flavor fold them as small as you can pop at the very back of your mouth take a swig of something to drink and it's gone you get a little tiny spot of blue at the very back your tongue that's gone within 5 minutes No flavor no issues!
