I was skeptical but gave this purchase a chance. I have had it for a little over a week and it has helped me greatly! I work from home several days a week and this machine is compact enough for me to keep in my office as my reminder to move. The movement itself is simple (even if worried about balance). The arm bands easily attach. You just tighten up that core, hop on, and go! Is it a gym workout? No - does it get you moving your body when you otherwise would not? Yes. Do you feel the effects? Yes in my lower abdomen and thighs.

Wow, this thing does all it says it will do! And as I’m working my abs I start to feel muscle fatigue in my shoulders, thighs and glutes. I’ve only been using for a week and I ca already feel my core getting stronger. The glides are smoothe, the cushions are adequate, it was easy to assemble. 10/10
