I’ve been using two Nouri products for about 6 weeks and although I haven’t seen results like some claim, ie weight loss, I do feel better in regards to energy levels and overall mood, so I will continue. My immediate results came from customer service after contacting the company about a damaged bottle, I was sent out a replacement that very day!

I got this a few weeks ago to go along with the lemonade StayWell drink mix these two paired together make me feel like getting up and moving around. There is been months to where I just didn’t feel like doing much of anything, and when I started taking this, I could tell a different automatically. I can’t wait to trade the other flavors that they have in this.

Probiotics are so important for your gut health. I’m so glad I found a supplement that takes care of my gut in regards to womens health. It is made with a double capsule so that the good bacteria make it past the stomach, how smart!! With all the hormone disrupting chemicals in all of our everyday products, I would say all women (menopausal or not) could benefit from taking these as we all need help to better regulate our hormones. I can say it has definitely helped reduce my night sweats that I have occasionally. Highly recommend!

I’m in peri-menopause and already experiencing the hot flashes, joint aches and mood swings. I’ve been taking this supplement for a month and the hot flashes have all but stopped! I am actually sleeping better again.I take the capsule first thing in the morning with some soluble fiber, so that the probiotics have time to populate my gut before I eat 4 hours later. They’re working great!
