We received this mattress on 07/09/25 and just got home today from vacation 07/14/25 , open up a package which we were very happy, but unfortunately was damaged in two different areas, . So there's no option to get a prepaid label for that , we got pay our own which makes no sense at all , as the mattress was bought and paid in good faith and in full. Plus there's nobody or no contact by the seller to call or replace it with another one even we don't wanna money back been only 5 days ans was in the box. Hope someone from tiktok will get contact with us and helps out . Thank you very much.

I bought the 14inch. The mattress advertised is not the mattress I received. Please see photos below. This mattress is 90% springs. It just is bouncy as all bouncy. I mean I guess you do sink into it. It’s not very full and or sturdy, you def can’t stand on it well. Was not expecting a wire mattress

The firmness and support that is advertised is inaccurate. It's not firm at all. Comfort is a no go you can feel the springs inside when laying on it. Material quality seems to be good. Once opened and let set-up for recommended time mattress as of now 1 week later is still not flat on top as one should be. Has multiple big lumps/wrinkles on top that will not flatten out.

The mattress is firm yet soft it did not take long to expand and get comfortable. I added a mattress foam topper and cover on my mattress and it feels amazing. Excuse the no frame it’s my first apartment😅

I received my mattress on 9/12. We let it expand a couple days and put it on our bed frame last night. Absolutely don’t recommend this mattress its way too soft ,every move I make I feel like I’m sinking and to make matters worse there is a hump in the middle of the bed that won’t go away. ☹️

La verdad nunca imaginé que fueran hacer tan confortables y cómodos, llegaron súper rápido, además cuando los saqué de su empaque fue muy fácil quitarle el plástico y tardaron solo 2hrs en tener su tamaño que es. Lo recomiendo totalmente 💯.
