It's been about 1 month sleeping on the MRH 12" KING. We replaced queen 14" pillow top gel memory foam to the Euro top hybrid with coil pockets. We Love it. When i sit on side of bed it sinks significantly,then when you lay down your weight distributed coils adjust to the curvature of your body. When you lie on your back it feels phenomenal. I sleep on my side and its amazing. Definitely would not use the word firm to describe it because there is nothing firm about it, which is a good thing! I think the bed is plush but i think the engineers achieved perfect distributed comfort support
