It arrived folded in a box that was falling apart. The rug is not 9x12, it is smaller. My daughter complained the rug was hurting her. Her shorts had fibers that poked into her skin! I vacuumed it immediately and it filled my canister multiple times with fibers and DIRT! This is not normal shedding.
