Please, why is the red "change filter" light on with the new replacement filter? It's almost like it's too small inside of my Medify Air unit? My other Medify Air, model MA-14 has never had this problem. The MA-14 was purchased 3 years ago, the MA-12 was recently, in 2024. Please advise of how to correct this problem? Thank you!

I've used the Medify 50 for years but needed a little extra air cleaning for the corner. This was it! MA -12 with easy to change filters is such a breeze. It's so quiet, I have to check to see if it's on. But instantly noticeable cleaner air wherever you put it. The night light adjustment has dim and dimmer glows. These would be great for bathrooms, too. Thanks, Medify!
