Me aceptaron la devolución por defecto de fábrica pero tengo que enviar el colchón por mi parte cuando la verdad es muy pesado para devolverlo por mi misma, confié en mi primera compra de TikTok y me decepcionó y esta marca no la recomiendo prefiero ir por mi misma a la compra personalmente porque sucede que te envían colchones dañados y agujerados 😣 además de haber sabido que el agujero estaba en medio ni lo hubiera abierto para devolverlo más fácilmente. Sent a completely wrong mattress to what was purchased. I purchased a 14” queen in black and was sent a 10” grey not the mattress that was advertised.You can’t send it back because it comes vacuum sealed so you can’t see it until you open it. It was terrible quality to make this matter even worst!

I ordered the black/gray mattress and received a mattress that is not even available as a choice. When I went through the options to return, the only option given states I have to do a "self-arranged" return and I have to pay for the return shipping costs even though they sent the wrong mattress! I am NOT happy about this, especially since they sent the wrong item, I will NEVER order from them again.

I want to rate this higher, but they sent me a mattress that is 4 inches shorter than I ordered, and so far no resolution. I ordered a 12 inch mattress because I prefer high beds, and was sent an 8 inch mattress. This does not fit my accessibility needs. Please fix this issue.

Great mattress very comfortable just so you know what ever size you order that’s not what you will receive most of the time I had my headboard set at 10 inches because I ordered a 10 inc nothing on the box said what size it was proof is in the picture they need to send customer what they ordered it’s intentional Manual box and the label on the mattress does not have inches on it

I’m sure I ordered a King size, however this mattress doesn’t fit my king size frame like the one I just replaced it with. Quite disappointed because what am I suppose to do about the VERY obvious gap between the footing of my bed and the mattress. Definitely a safety hazard for my children who often sleeps with me.
