What a nice addition to my Coffee Bar! I just wish the thread on the cap was configured so that, when screwed onto the Mason jar, the word "Ball" or the fruit on the back of the jar faced foward. I've tried several jars and they all end up with the "ounce" markers facing front.

It is great grinds nicely . I keep things for emergency which we just had. Couldn't get off my mountain for a week. I had freshly ground coffee and used your drip coffee filter. They are great pieces to have on hand.

As soon as it came in, I used it to grind salt and immediately one of the gears started breaking. Pieces of it fell off. All the gears are made from plastic

Looks nice but would take an hour to grind enough coffee beans for a pot. Hard to handle while grinding. Looks like cast iron but is plastic.

The antique repo coffee grinder is adorable.... I knew when I ordered it that some of the parts were plastic....making the grinder all metal would definitely have been an extra plus...but beyond that point it does a great coffee grind and so far I am definitely very satisfied with my purchase...
