Ever since I starting using the Junior lotion on my toddler, she has been sleeping through the night more consistently and longer. It doesn't calm her down before bed time. She is still a little crazy, but she is sleeping, so that is a win. I haven't seen any change on my nights by using the mama sleepy lotion. It has been almost two weeks so I will give it some more time.

The sleepy body lotion works great for me! I notice a difference with sore muscles, stiffness and sleep overall. The baby lotion seems to at least relax/calm my toddler more at bedtime.

My midwife gave me a sample to use towards the end of my pregnancy. It helped me so much I bought one with each essential oil kind! Best experience ever. I still use it nightly, 6 months after my babies birth, for constipation relief, body aches, and sleep. Best gift you could ever give to a friend or family member and you don't have to be pregnant to use it. :))
