The product itself isn’t bad, the taste is bad, it not having a scooper kinda sucks too, it didn’t dissolve all that great in water. However it arrived quickly, the packaging was a bit surprising, and it had no silica pack to keep it from clumping. Did make me sleepy after an hour, but would probably have to mix it with juice, something with a strong flavor.

I bought this product to help me sleep but instead it gave me major diarrhea..and no sleep. The package looks nothing like what I bought. It tasted horrible but I drank it anyway out of desperation to get some much needed rest. Now I have a product that I'm not even sure what it really is.

I agree with others that a scooper should be included. I went online and saw 3/4 tsp.was a correct dosage, but your package says 4/5 tsp. That's a little difficult to measure. Also, it needs a warning on taste. It's horrible mixed with water. I had to mix it into applesauce to get it down.

I would recommend going with the pills. Flavor: Terrible, tastes like cement or chalk, can’t even try to bypass the flavor.

Good product and good price for 100 servings my only issue was trying to weight out the exact grams I think maybe a scooper should be included but also you can buy a cheap one off Amazon so it doesn’t actually hurt the product.
