it worked very well for me. Fell asleep about 40 minutes after taking this for the first time last night. not super quick (as expected) but when it took effect it really did help me fall asleep. Also I’d like to mention the extremely vivid dream I had! Can’t wait to get a full nights rest again!!

Wanted to see the hype in taking magnesium supplements as we’re all deficient in the micronutrient and I will say this has helped me a lot, personally. I take it before I go to bed and I would say it helps me sleep very well. Could be placebo but I doubt it! Very good product. Would recommend

Severe gastrointestinal problems from just one capsule. Tried to get a refund and the company refused saying I didn’t send supportive photos (I did) unless you want photos of the toilet w/ diarrhea in it! Poor quality and poor customer service. Avoid at all costs.
