I just received and opened my package and threw the package away because I never had an issue but this is horrible!In the videos you can see there is rips all over the cape where the fur is at and where there should be a button is just a big hole. I contacted customer support but the only way to get a refund is if send the item back, I CAN’T send it back.I don’t even want a refund but a new cape to be sent that’s not damaged😕! I paid $27.50 and I would be refunded back $24?!But I can’t even return the damage rip cape?!??Customer service isn’t even helpful at all
