I got the XL size. I have shoulder length fine dense curly hair. It’s been great for keeping my curls out of my face at work. It’s a lot less harsh than using a hair tie and the hold is firm enough to keep my hair up all day but loose enough to not cause any headaches. Love that I can lay on it.
