• Per blind box contains one figurine randomly and kept confidential. No one will know what's inside until it is opened.

• The probability of unboxing a regular style is 1:6

Whole Set:

• Contains 6 blind boxes in 1 whole set. • Included 6 styles; the 6th style may have a chance to be a special/secret edition. A regular style will be replaced if a special/secret edition appears in the whole set.

• The probability of unboxing a special edition (Shy Teddy) is 3:96.

• The probability of unboxing a secret edition (Playful Teddy) is 1:96.

A quick note about Blind Boxes: “Blind box” means no one—including us—knows which figurine you’ll get until it’s opened. If you receive a special/secret edition—congrats, that’s a lucky pull!

·We cannot guarantee that any purchase will include a special/secret edition (please refer to the odds listed on the product packaging).

·The number of figurines in each series may vary.

Due to the nature of blind boxes, we do not accept refunds or exchanges unless one of the following issues applies:

·Product Defects

Blind box figurines are designer toys that involve a high level of handcrafted production. Minor imperfections—such as uneven coloring, small scratches, paint drops, or bubbles—are common. If you receive a figurine with a serious defect, please contact us for after-sales support upon receiving the product.

·Card & Accessories

If the card inside the Blind box does not match the figurine, we will supplement the correct card according to the piece.

·Duplicate Figures

If the whole box has duplicate figures, the missing regular figurine will be provided and the duplicated figurine will be taken back accordingly.
