The suitcase is very lightweight and plastic. It is not durable at all. With knowing that the suitcase is so light, you would think it's packaged with bubble wrap or anything to protect the product. Not the case, my suitcase came cracked along the sides and no padding in the box.

Cute carry on but not ment to be tossed around, wish it was a harder shell material . Not super sturdy material, the cup holder may only hold a paper starbucks cup but too small for stanley or something insulated. The wheels move really smoothly. Don’t think it’s worth $60 unfortunately

Luggage is cute. The only misleading thing is the fact that you DONT charge the suit case; you have to have a power bank in order to charge your phone. Also you can fit an iPad in the personal idea so good space. I hated the shipping company though!0/10

Super cute color as expected. But did not arrive flawless and had minor marks and damage which I am not thrilled about. We don’t pay for new items to arrive with marks or scuffs. I will update my review after my trip!

I didn't have any issues, no broken zippers.No, cracks, nothing.It's small, but it fits enough for a carry on. There's the main large compartment on the inside. There's also a little pouch for personal items. And then you unzip, and you can access the front storage area.

I rated this product a 3 because the advertisement led you to believe it was for an adult but it seems to be for a kid. For reference purposes, I took a pic with it along side of an adult carryon. See the difference in the height of the handles. I gave it to my 4 yr old grandchild.
