I put this under my tongue for one minute. The thing I notice is something iv'e been struggling with is my sunken under eyes or darker circles. Since I've been taking this it's provided something my body needed to help hydrate me the right way to decrease my sunken under eyes and dark circles. Crazy!

Love that Baja gold has made this! We have a reverse osmosis system under our sink for drinking water, but we do not have a machine to add back the minerals. These droppers make it super easy to just drop a couple drops in a glass of water throughout the day to make sure we are getting enough trace minerals.

I take quite a few things, so I must admit it is hard to say what does what according to the way I feel. However I unfortuneately have not quit drinking beer and feel like this is one of the most noticeable products that I can feel in the morning.

We love the liquid version (as well as the solid grain version) of Baja Gold ocean minerals - but both containers for the liquid versions' bottles (squeezable plastic bottle with flip-top dispenser, for the 12 oz or glass bottle with eyedropper dispenser for the 4 oz) are both terribly flawed. The 12 oz plastic bottle with flip-top lid needs a one-way valve/membrane to minimize any air or liquid intrusion back into the bottle - but, most compellingly, to vastly improve dispensability of the liquid. Otherwise, the ability to effectively to manage flow rate is severely hampered. And the use of glass - a much more chemically inert material - would be greatly appreciated - even with an understandable cost bump. The 4 oz bottle - the glass container itself - is great, but the eyedropper dispenser works terribly - mainly unable to draw-in the liquid into the eyedropper without multiple steps to squeeze, draw,-in turn upside-down, squeeze, draw-in, repeat... to fill the eyedropper - such a pain! And having measurement markings on the eyedropper would be great.

The taste is a little strong for me. It's not bad. A drop or two in a glass is plenty. I cannot speak to the hydrating effects as I haven't used it enough.

I love this mineral - it is unlike other minerals that I've taken (not salty or funny tasting). I enjoy it in my water. I do think it helps to drop my blood pressure to 117/within range. My blood pressure was 130+/within range. I feel refreshed when i take it.
