For Best Results: Apply to clean, exfoliated lips. Outline with precision applicator, then fill in with a thin layer. Wait 3-5 minutes to set. Do NOT rub lips together or blend while it sets. Can be worn with or without a lip liner. If lip liner is desired, apply liner prior to liquid lipstick. Use oil-based remover to remove. Oily lip toppers or foods may affect the long wear.
