Amazing product. Everytime I have it I feel fresh from the beginning to the end of the workout and I still feel hydrated. I usually cramp a lot without some type of electrolyte but this has been helping so much. And I also feel that I recover a lot better during sets as well.

I love this product. The liquid glycerol tastes amazing. I got the unflavored. It is still sweet and has a nice flavor. I would not call it flavorless, more like honey. I lifted heavier and sweated more than I have in months while using this product. Definitely worth adding to your pre-workout. Great product. 5 out of 5 for me! This will be a staple in my supplement order from now on.
