It's nasty, I gagged. I bought this because I need liposomal supplements due to malabsorption issues. I tried it directly from the pack and in a smoothie.😩 I likely won't repurchase because I'll have to add a bunch of things to it to tolerate the taste.

Somehow it gives me this beautiful happy energy every time I take those packets. I mix them into a beverage of lemon juice, olive oil, turmeric, ginger, water, and manuka honey, so good. I also alternate with their gummies, but I feel the difference instantly with the packets. I’ve been taking them for over a year now, and I’d never switch to any other brand for sea moss. Also wonderful customer service.
