I love the little crystals that stay on your lips until melting away leaving you with a nice smooth feeling. I no longer have chapped lips and this has a great taste too.

So far the product is just as described! My lips feel so much smoother and no where near as dry as they used to be! Only down side is i never received the "revolutionary applicator" it said it came with and everytime i try to reach out all i can get in response is information on tracking which i no longer need....
