The vanilla sticks are wonderful. Mild flavor and great for your lips. Unfortunately the company itself is really really bad. I’ve been ordering for many years because I love the product, but when I’ve had a problem there is no help at all! Only order the 2 packs. They come sealed. I have tried the 4 packs and they are just a folded paper box. The sticks had been previously opened and a few were obviously used and repacked!! Two even had smudges of other makeup colors on them! So scary. I tried to get help and just kept being put off and getting a kind of generic message. I had to throw one entire order out because I was afraid. The company only sent me ONE package back even though I sent a discription of everything I had to throw out. Very sad. I still order, but ONLY the sealed 2 packs!

while this balm arrived as pictured and smooths well over lips, the fragrance didn't meet my expectations. in my opinion, it smells less vanilla and more balm. it's still a good lip balm, but wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a balm that has a strong fragrance.
