Does not come charged. You have to charge it yourself and the charging port is in a little box on the left side of your hat when you're looking at it you got to flip tongue back and there's this spot near the clip in the back of the hat where you have to charge it at. The hat is DEEP. Lol.

The little LED panel is comprised of rows. The lights in one row never worked from the moment it arrived, and the next time I tried it, four rows were out. So anything you try to display, can’t be properly shown.

This is a great idea, but lacking in execution. The lights are so dim the hat is only usable in low light conditions or someone has to look straight at the hat. I tried uploading a picture of my motorcycle and the resolution is so low you could not tell it was a motorcycle. The worst part is shipping. It came in a plastic bag and was partially crushed. I am glad it still worked, however. I am not sure why the app needs GPS access..... Maybe this is the surveillance we are warned about....
