Defective and missing bolts. I would not recommend this seller anymore. He’s not helpful and would not care what so ever, once you purchased the product you’re done. Even if the items is defective he would reject the issues and you would have to pay for the consequences. So sad 😞.

The scooter doesn’t last anywhere near 12 miles it dies so quick. I only weigh 160 and ride it on a road. Not only that the bell stopped working and the plastic around the foot stand arrived cracked. If you plan on returning they make you pay for shipping as well. It only goes 19mph with no weight.

Love love love this scooter. Best part is setting the speeds in the app. Definitely recommend if you love outdoors. And it definitely goes past 19 miles per hour.

The bar is stuck too far down on the scooter to be lifted for access also the power button and the speed screen reader came detached at the bottom of the box this scooter was totally dismantled I want the scooter I need a swap with the same price

This came nicely packed. Speeds up to 18mph. Rides nicely. Charges fast & even not used the battery last. I don't know how long the battery last while riding. But so far this was a great Xmas present for my son. Only down side is delivery. They don't bring it to your door. Thank God no one stole it.

Screws keep falling out of the handle bars. They will not stay tight. Seller and tiktok shop either don't understand what I need help with or they are just being difficult. Good product other than the handle bars coming off.

Absolutely recommend this electric scooter! I bought it for Christmas for my 7 yr old daughter and was worried it would be too big for her but it’s not. It has 3 settings on it. Eco which is the slowest setting, the D which goes faster and then S my guess is for Super fast. I have tried it myself.
