Very disappointed it has not worked since I’ve gotten it! It keeps saying paper or cartridge issue and I’ve tried all cartridges and when it does print a photo they look like this! And customer support isn’t ever available either even though it says available 24/7! DONT waste your money!!

Testing my dock era,comes with 10 prints loaded (cartridge&paper) & with 80 extra prints. Printed 1 photo and it errored replace the ink cartridge, but it's a cartridge for 10 prints though. At 1st I thought it was faulty product,now I noticed it's a used product coz seal broken & has only 2 paper

The printer is fine. The bundle was complete shipping as quick. However, we ordered four additional refill kits of 80 sheets with cartridges and it is very clear that those have been handled many times and they are in terrible condition compared to the condition of our order.

Printer stopped working in less than a month and rips the ribbon. Paper doesn't feed and gets stuck in the printer which then rips inside. Looking for a exchange nor a refund.

It works, it’s fast, and the process to watch it print is fascinating, but the photos don’t print as clear as I’d like. They print a little fuzzy even on photo taken with a professional camera. It gets the job done but it would be better if the photos were as clear as they are on my phone

I was happy at first until I went to print a picture, first picture was all yellow and the others were part yellow, red and has a black line between. I tried a new ink cartridge and was the same and now cannot remove the cartridge. Now not so happy and returning it. Didn't work for me at all.

Its quick and easy, the pictures do come out looking a little vintage. I try to do as much research as possible before buying a product. With some practicing , I did the edit and went up on the sharpness and it helped.
