After finishing the bottle and taking as directed, I noticed a slightly calmer demeanor. Some supplementation affects people differently. If Kava, is something that you take and helps you, This formulation is delicious, easy to take, and effective. Usually, has almost no effect on me, but this one did slightly. So I highly recommend giving it a try and see for yourself, the taste will make it easy to take.

I got this over a month ago and it’s been helping me so much at night I only take it at night because I was afraid of it making me feel drowsy during the day while taking care of my toddler but it’s helped me sleep better at night and I have really enjoyed using it and it taste amazing so that was an even bigger plus!

Loved it, I honestly was super nervous about the taste but it didn’t taste bitter at all. I can definitely tell the difference in my sleep when I take the Kava Kava versus when I don’t. Only qualm I have is when the dropper, it didn’t seem to ever get full with the liquid but not a huge issue.

I bought this several weeks ago to see if would help me relax and sleep. I deal with anxiety and when trying to sleep my mind goes in a million different directions. I have tried prescription but do not like the way they make me feel the next day. This product helped me relax and get my anxiety under control so I could go to sleep. It has a pleasant taste; however, I am diabetic so it tasted a little sweet to me but had no impact on my blood sugar. If you have trouble falling asleep I recommend this product

I’m usually hesistant to get any liquid kava product because of the aftertaste kava leaves on the tongue, but to my relief I did not encounter this particular issue with these drops. The drops are actually a bit sweet so I found it best to mix them in a drink or smoothie. I think the batch I got was particularly potent because I did not expect it to take the edge off with only one full dropper, so that was nice. I initially got them for sleep but now I carry them around for work as well because the calming effect it’s so soothing. I’ll be getting these again.

I have had this product for about a month now and I am blown away by it. I was a bit skeptical at first about trying this product because other ones I have tried did not produce any results. Well let me say this one has truly helped with my anxiety and my sleep quality. It took about two weeks for me to really notice the results but I have to say I feel like my anxiety is almost gone and I am able to sleep mostly through the night. My husband has even told me I seem overall a lot calmer and things that would upset me before don’t really bother me anymore. I am so happy I found this product and I could not recommend it more!!!

Wow I’m so grateful to have gotten this when I did! I just started working nights so my sleep + sleeping schedule is so messed up, I was miserable. I first took this in my Poppi drink and though it has flavor, it actually made my drink taste better. Second time, I took it under my tongue and the taste wasnt overwhelming one bit. It tastes good! Sweet with a tiny hint of lavender; very easy to take. I sleep waaaay better throughout the night and wake up not feeling like I got ran over by a bus. I have tried so many products from Natures Craft and they never disappoint, especially being all natural. This is now a staple for me before bed. I also took it while on my monthly cycle and it may have made my cramps less painful as well. 100/10 recommend for anyone wanting to wind down and have a good nights rest in such a subtle way.
