1. Safety: might contain small parts and sharp accessories. Adult supervision needed. Recommended for 15 years old or above .

2. Eco - friendly: Please recycle packaging materials.

3. Size: Due to different measurement methods, the product size may vary by 1-3cm. This is within the normal range.

4. Color: The product’s color may vary slightly due to lighting, monitor settings, or camera effects. Please refer to the actual product for accuracy.

Blind Box Purchase & After - sales Notice(READ BEFORE PURCHASING)

1. Unboxing Video: Record full unboxing (outside package(tracking information)- unsealing - products) upon receipt. No video, No after - sales.

2. Blind Box: Due to the unique nature of blind box products, refunds or exchanges cannot be processed once the box is unboxed. Requests for refunds due to personal preferences or not receiving the desired style will not be accepted.Please note that blind boxes may have manufacturing defects such as uneven dyeing, minor scratches, paint loss, or air bubbles. These imperfections are a normal part of the production process, and we appreciate your understanding.

3. Official DefectsWe open bags in live by default, otherwise, no replacement of official defects.If there are dupes in the same sets, we will try to contact the manufacturer, but not all manufacturers are available for a replacement, thank you for your understanding.If the blind box or bag remains sealed, we will not be able to provide after-sales service for official defects. Because dealing with this problem requires the defective product to be sent back to the factory.

4. If your package has INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS issue, please contact us(toywizardctu@outlook.com) within 5 days from the receipt of our item, any request after 5 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us via email (toywizardctu@outlook.com)Please include your order number, livestream screenshot, and unboxing video for any after-sale service.

5. Logistics Damage: If the outside packaging is severely damaged upon signing for the package, please take photos on - site, and feedback within 24 hours. Otherwise, the packaging will be deemed intact.

6. Special Items: Pre - sale/limited items ship on schedule. No order change, expediting, cancel or returns for “not getting desired item” or “change of mind”.

7. Store Credit: Store credit is non-refundable and can only be used to purchase products.
