A: This camera supports 2.4GHz WiFi only.
Please make sure your router’s 2.4G network is enabled.
5GHz WiFi is not supported.
Q2: My router is dual-band. What should I do?
A: If your router uses both 2.4G and 5G WiFi, please split the SSID into two separate names.
Connect the camera to the 2.4GHz network only.
Q3: Why is the camera not charging or powering on?
A: Please use a 5V / 1A power adapter (power adapter not included in the package).
Q4: What should I do if setup fails?
A:
• Confirm WiFi is 2.4GHz
• Place the camera close to the router during setup
