Packaging could be better. I received mine beat up and opened and my machine was scuffed. It had a “burnt”smell. The lid didn’t close properly maybe defective?. The hopper moved back & forth while in operation, not secured. Seems like it’d be a great machine if mine were secured better for delivery.

Honestly soooooo much nicer and stronger than i thought this was going to be. Kicks a really strong punch for such a small size. Absolutely no problems with apples, peaches, strawberries, watermelons, lemon (with and without peel) or small berries (blueberries shown in vodeo/photos)

When I opened the box and took items out, the jars were filthy dirt and one of them had a dead insect inside. Currently trying to disinfect and wash all the products (like I normally do). However, if they come out still looking filthy, I will be returning them!

Its not horrible but its not good either. I had to use my own strainer and I still cant get the rest of the stuff even with the tool that was provided I gave my juicer away thinking this one would be the one. It close but not it. Im so sad about it as well

I actually love this machine! Only reason I gave a 4 is cuz every influencer raves about how dry the discharged stuff is and I find it still is pretty moist and if squeezed still has some. But I love the easiness to clean and my kids love it too!! It’s pretty quiet as well!
