sadly this was malfunctioning for me. i did send a message to the buyer. it says it is on fully but only feels lukewarm,, almost like one temperature. we go through a lot of heating pads sadly with endometriosis and now having to drop it off is kind of a pain because i hardly can drive these days. i know they didn’t try to send a faulty heating pad but i wish they offered a pick up rather than return. just my personal experience. doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try, it is soft and a neutral grey color.
