I range anywhere from a size 8/10/12 in pants because I carry most of my weight in my stomach so it depends on the fit. I usually prefer a size medium in leggings and large in sweats. I saw some reviews say to size up, I went with a large and I’m so glad I did. An XL would have looked way too big.
