While I loved my original pair of boots and wore them till they just wouldn't work any more. I have tried twice to order a new pair the first time i ordered the wrong size so I went up a size and they are still to smalil. I'm hoping I can wear them in and they will be like my firt pair.

I absolutely love this boot. It just runs so small. They didn’t have any left in a bigger size. ISO disappointed. I used points and free shipping. Got a great deal . Even if they had a bigger size it would have cost Twice as much.

I am a schoolteacher who walks from 9500-10,000 steps on school days. My toes hurt at the end of the day wearing these boots. At first I thought I just needed to break them in, but my toes really hurt at the end of the day every time. But the weird thing is that it does not feel narrow overall. My toes have room to stretch. But maybe after 9,000 steps, they rub too much against the shoe. Maybe it needs to be made slightly wider in the toe area. I have an Aetrex pair of sandals and they are so comfortable to wear. They’re my favorite sandals. I am disappointed these boots hurt.

They definitely run small. I usually wear a 37, but ordered the 38. . . anticipating wearing heavy socks. However, when I tried them on barefoot, my toes were at the tip of the boot. Will need to exchange for a larger size.

Love these boots!! So warm and cozy not to mention VERY comfortable! I have horrible neuropathy and these help me so much! They have great support, warmth and couldn’t be any cuter! I would definitely recommend! I had to size up as they ran a bit on the smaller side.

I ordered my usual size but with the fur lining inside the boots they felt tight in the toe area so I ended up exchanging for the next size up. Customer service was great and easy to deal with. The boots are stylish looking (I got the light gray) and super comfortable arch support. Kept my feet warm and dry walking through one foot deep snow.

This boot is a nice boot, but for me, the size was too short in the normal size I take, and all the other Aetrex shoes. The return process is wonderful. I bought a size larger, hoping that would work for me unfortunately for me I need the width in the front of my foot and not in the back the largest size was too big in the back of the boot. It's a nice quality boot. It just didn't work for me.

I buy Aetrex because they are comfortable. My first boot ordered had great arch support, but were 1/2 size too small. The re-order arrived in time for an event. My feet ACHED like crazy and the boot leaned, as if it had no bones. I am sad. Beautiful boot - no support (was removed from boot). Charlene Draine 202-200-8113

The shoe portion was fine. I felt the fur in the straps made it difficult to lace up. The height of the ankle did not fit well. felt it was pressing against the front of my shin when I would walk.
