They only give you a 30 day window to return this item. We opened the slide and blew it up for the first time and it was an hit with the grands 2 & 3 yrs old. The 2nd time was tonight, we used it and it would not hold air. We are 9 days past the return date. It was delivered and stayed in the box until 1st use. We got suckered on this purchase. One side keeps loosing air and collapses. My grand kids are sad they donβt get to enjoy the slide. Lesson learned!
