I just received my order, the box it came in was completely damaged, there’s dents, holes, and the top of the box is completely open. The shipping bag it came in is all torn up as well. I bought this as a gift and it’s now unacceptable to give to someone.

My husband loves this!!!!! He has had a total shoulder replacement and still has aches and pains. This heating pad is weighted and stays in place with snaps on the collar and a tie strap around the waste. It heats up very quickly. This has come in handy for my frozen shoulder diagnosis. Due to breast cancer, I had a double mastectomy and suffer excruciating pain. This is good quality, just like the one they put on me at Physical Therapy! It stays on well and has several heart levels and timers. Highly recommend!

The heating pad does get nice & warm on the highest setting. It is soft & comfortable. I don’t use the snaps as I have a smaller frame so I just overlap the front of the neck where it’s snug. I haven’t tried the heat on a lower setting but I don’t feel it would be warm enough for heat therapy.

I use as a full back heating pad rather than tying it around me, I LOVE this heating pad! The neck/around the back wrap isn’t as convenient as I was expecting, and it definitely has a burnt smell to it as it is a weighted (with beads) heating pad.. But other than that, worth the money!!

Using it is not that hot for me compared to old blue heating pad I got I thought my shoulders would be more heated but it's just weighted. The back part I thought would be hotter I had it on maximum I will return
