Ordered the iced out 20” chain at first. I have a more muscular build up top and quickly realized it was too short and kept tucking under my shirt at the gym. I’ve bought a few pieces from JAXXON now and trying to go cheaper I went to a different site. I have to say that when it comes to quality JAXXON wins and it is worth the extra few bucks. What solidified me returning to JAXXON was their customer service. I reached out because my chain kept getting locked up in different places and getting a replacement was so easy and fast. Most companies will make it nearly impossible to get a replacement, you have to do so much you give up. But not JAXXON, they are really for the consumer not just themselves
