I have misophonia. I used to used the typical ear buds that make your ear sweaty itchy and gross after a couple hours. These don’t fall out, don’t make your ear sweat or itch. Sound is better than expected and gets pretty loud. Max sound doesn’t escape too much others can’t hear.

Overall these are pretty good earbuds. The sound quality is decent, they fit comfortably, and they charge super fast so I can use them a lot.
My one major gripe with them is that they are constantly trying to connect to my phone even when they are in the case. I’m frequently having to make sure they’re not connected so the battery doesn’t drain. I ended up just having to shut my Bluetooth off entirely to get it to stop. It’s a small thing but it’s annoying as hell!
Also don’t bother with the accessories. They don’t fit on properly and are basically useless.
