Grapefruit is another favorite flavor of mine. A lot of people are not supposed to have grapefruit (if they take a statin medication) but the is tastes so real! It might be a great substitute but since I'm not a doctor, I can't know if there's anything in here that would be an issue, but it's worth looking into if you love grapefruit but are not allowed to have the real thing. I would give it a 5 star, but I rarely give anyone or anything a full 5 since I believe there is always room for improvement. Always reach for perfection and never settle for close. . . that's for horseshoes and hand grenades.
