I was initially sent the wrong size & amount. I returned it to get a replacement, and I included what the problem was, and they still sent me the same item again! I don’t want to have to keep requesting a replacement if no one’s paying attention to what theyre sending me.

I was sent the wrong size and wrong amount. I recieved the 20 pack of 2 x 3 instead of the 50 pack of 2.3 x 3.4 . It is incompatible with my printer so I had to return it. EDIT: The costumer service went above and beyond to make the situation right. So I changed the review to 5 stars

Bought this item TWICE, once for christmas for a present and once after christmas, both times having received a 20 pack instead of the 50 pack. I bought from them again only after getting a refund only to be given the wrong item AGAIN. At this point i’m OVER this product to get a refund!!

Works pretty good. It does get hot if you are trying to print several pictures in a row so you have to let it cool off. I feel it prints with more of a blue undertone. The adhesive paper has peeled up once edges on some of the applications but overall great purchase

System performance: i really love my sprocket but when it’s time to switch the paper it almost ALWAYS never works properly and i end up loosing like 3 prints. Even when Ive added the little red paper and it’s passed through it will still tell me i have no paper left. After like 40 minutes of tinkering it works.
