I was very disappointed in the intensity. It is very weak. I chose this brand bc it was on the top 10 list. Too weak but perfect size and everything. I weigh 222 lbs. And it is beautiful in black but the power and vibration is not good.

I’ve been using the Hovert vibration plate now for about a week. I have noticed that the inflammation in my knee has gone down and my stress levels. I haven’t seen any physical change, but can feel my abs tightening and body working. I also do Pilates during the week.
