Product is gross. I ordered it. The packaging was pathetic and the actual content inside the package being this coat is nothing like they showed. It’s not fluffy. All the hair is stuck together and I want a refund. It’s disgusting. I would never buy this product in 1 million years again what a waste of $51 run small a large is not even the right size

Absolutely LOVE! im 5’7 140 lbs and i ordered a medium! i have long arms and this was the perfect size, small would’ve been too short! clasp is nice and super soft. im very picky about faux fur and the texture and this is so nice and comfy! the hood is huge. I love it.
