Does not keep and hold a charge to let you finish churning your butter. This item is NOT Electric and requires you to use a USB port to charge. The beater gets very hot and stops working. I have tried to get a refund, but it requires that I take a picture of the item which I gave to my sister for her birthday. I am so very disappointed! And more embarrassed that I gave my sister a defective Item for her birthday. I live in Kentucky she’s in Ohio not only was. I owe the money for purchasing the item for my sister’s birthday, but I was out the money for shipping it also. Very disappointing.
