Loved this tumbler at first, but now I CANNOT get mold out of the straw port. I tried pretty much everything. It’s not like I wasn’t cleaning this tumbler weekly either. Wish I could get a replacement lid/straw, but that’s not an option and I refuse to buy a whole new tumbler.

I bought this cup for the retractable straw and I love it. But I also love how well the lid fits (no leaks), and the lemon pattern is adorable. It gets a lot of attention at work. It it very good quality and was shipped quickly.

I have a great experience with this BIG bottles 40 onz seems to be great for me! I love the easy of cleaning and care for them, I got mine from a "big store" and my husband and I use them every day, we now can trust that we are hydrated :) the simple design and color is great, love the handle to carried everywhere, i just bought a pair of extra lids to keep the ones in use fresh.

I LOVE this cup except for one recurring issue that’s driving me crazy. Whenever this cup sits closed for any period of time (like overnight on a nightstand) water will force its way out of the straw hole (WHILE STILL CLOSED) and pool on the top of the lid and I’ll get water boarded every time I move it. Literally so frustrating

I love this cup so much. SO much. My issue is with the straw somehow holding the smell of the soap used to clean it - Dawn dish soap? I cleaned the whole cup as soon as I got it and I haven’t been able to get the taste to go away no matter what I’ve tried. Dishwasher, rewashing with fragrance free soap, vinegar soak… Please help because I LOVE this cup :(

THESE ARE WONDERFUL. I was skeptical about the straw. when I received the product, took the top off I was worried itd be hard to clean. Its super easy. I was shocked yet very impressed. Will order more for my kids. busy working mom's, just get one, promise youll be back for more!

I’ve had this cup for about three months and initially thought it was the perfect tumbler since the straw stays covered. However, no matter how often I wash it—and even though I only ever use it for water—mold keeps growing inside the straw and the area where the straw hides. I’ve tried cleaning it thoroughly, but it keeps coming back.
