Not just for snoring - my jaw feels better too I grind my teeth at night and wake up with jaw pain constantly. My dentist mentioned trying mouth tape and I found this brand. It's helped SO much with the jaw tension. I think because my mouth stays closed my jaw stays more relaxed? Idk the science but it works. The tape is comfortable and doesn't hurt when you take it off in the morning.

took a few nights to adjust but worth it not gonna lie the first couple nights felt strange having tape on my face lol. but i got used to it quick and now i cant sleep without it. my girlfriend says i dont snore anymore and i wake up actually feeling rested. pretty happy with this purchase

Game changer for my morning dry mouth Been using this for about 3 weeks now and my dry mouth issues are completely gone. I used to wake up multiple times just to drink water because my throat was so dry. Now I sleep straight through. The tape doesn't irritate my skin at all even though I have pretty sensitive skin. Definitely recommend trying it if you're a mouth breather like me.

Finally sleeping through the night! I was skeptical at first but this stuff actually works. My wife said I stopped snoring after the second night using it. Takes a bit to get used to the feeling but now I don't even notice it. Wake up way less groggy than before.

I tried other mouth tape before. It didn't work as well. In the middle of the night, it was peeling off, and the tape that did work,but it left sticky glue around your mouth, but Hiloi Tape works well.
