The shipping process lacks necessary tracking information for a customer to determine whether there is an issue with the order. I needed my order for a trip, the tracking communicated it would arrive in time but it not only did not arrive, I was contacted after expected delivery had been missed and having to purchase an alternative option for the trip, that my order was considered lost. The tracking still showing in transit. As a first time experience I would not order again. I had seen the ads on Instagram and hesitated to purchase but I know why now
