I was charged for this product but did not receive it. I have requested help several times by email describing the problem but I have not received any indication that my email was even received. It was a Christmas present for my daughter but she is still waiting for this problem to be resolved.

Unfortunately there was a hole in the warmie and the lavender spilled out. I have contacted customer service, as of yet I haven’t heard back from them.

This is so small and under filled. I have tried numerous times to return this or exchange it via customer service but they won’t respond, and that’s the only way to return items. I’m actually really shocked and surprised by the poor quality of the item and the customer service experience. I won’t ever order directly from this website again.

Love this heart. The only thing I would change is to make a quilted design so the beads do not slide when using on shoulders, knees or other areas that cause a shift.
